Welcome to Laboratory of carbon matherials... Laboratory of Carbon Materials was founded in 1995 at Department of Physics, Moscow State University, in Chair for Polymer and Crystal Physics. The main research fields of Laboratory study of carbon thin film materials chemical vapor deposition (CVD), study of physical properties of CVD carbon films and application of the carbon materials. Also, the field electron emission from carbon material is one of the main research area of Laboratory, including application of carbon cold cathodes in vacuum electronics and in cathodoluminescent light sources. | |
